In Hilltechs, we had provided Packing Automation Solution to our customer using our accumulated experience and knowledge in transport packaging machinery. Whether, the customer have a need to convert a manual packing process to a small scale automation or forming an automation train for different stages of the packaging process Hilltechs aims to provide project management of the project from Design Conceptual, to fabrication, Installation and Commissioning through the automation solutions we provide.

In Automation, we recognise that Maintenance for Equipment and is of top priority in order to keep the equipment at its optimum working conditions and converse the life span of the equipment.
At Hilltechs, we believe in a 2 prong approach to fulfil customer satisfaction by partnering with the customer in the following aspects in order properly maintain their equipment in pristine condition.
1. Customer Training and simple self-maintenance
When customer proceed to automate their process, we recognise that the customer capability to understand the equipment and provide the necessary technical knowledge in handling and provide simple care for the equipment or deal with the system as a whole. Hence, we collaborate with the equipment manufacturer to intensive training and practical sessions to the end user during the commissioning of the equipment with simple self-maintenance for upkeeping.
2. Planned Maintenance and repair services
Our Automation solutions are also backed with our after sales supports in planned preventive maintaining the equipment or systems functionality. Our team of trained Engineers are able to assist with the customer on periodic maintenance program, parts replacement recommendation & provide on-going support emergency breakdowns. Hilltechs are here to respond and support our customer through every step of their automation journey.
