The COMPACTA Line from BL Bagline represents a versatile and cost-effective solution for medium- to high-performance bagging operations. These tubular form-fill-seal (FFS) machines are designed to combine reliability, simple maintenance, and flexibility without compromising quality - making them ideal for a wide range of industries handling granular or bulk materials.

Available in two configurations – COMPACTA and COMPACTA EASY – these machines offer dependable output speeds of up to 2400 bags/hour and 1400 bags/hour respectively, with adjustable bag sizes and customizable feeding systems to match diverse product and packaging needs.

Adaptable for Multiple Product Types
COMPACTA machines can be paired with different feeding and weighing systems, allowing for the efficient bagging of materials such as sand, gravel, salt, fertilizers, animal feed, seeds, granulated plastic, and wood pellets. The bag pendulum transport design ensures gentle handling and accurate filling, while maintaining continuous output.
