This Big Bag Filling System is engineered for efficient, high-accuracy filling of FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers), commonly known as big bags. Ideal for powdered or granular products, the system is designed to ensure clean, consistent, and fully expanded bag filling, with configurations available in both net weight and gross weight modes to suit different operational preferences.
From the feeding hopper, the product is discharged through a bottom-mounted valve into the bag, which is manually positioned by the operator at the filling spout. An integrated air blower inflates the bag before the filling process begins, ensuring the full extension of the bag and optimal fill distribution. Weight and flow rate are monitored and controlled throughout the process by a precision control unit for maximum accuracy and repeatability.
