Case Erector – Automated Carton Forming
The Case Erector automates the process of pulling flat cartons from storage using vacuum suction cups and forming them into rigid boxes. Through a precise mechanical jig system, the flaps are folded and the bottom of the case is sealed using tape or hot melt glue. Once sealed, the carton is ready for manual or automated product loading.
