Equipped with a 200% power pre-stretch system, the AOP Sigma FX maximizes film efficiency while ensuring tight, reliable load containment. It accommodates pallet sizes up to 1200 x 1000 mm, with a load height of 2200 mm, and is compatible with a wide range of conveying systems depending on load weight.
Automatic Film Capturing and Cutting System
The Sigma FX features a fully automated film handling system that captures, stretches, and cuts film without manual intervention. This increases line efficiency, reduces downtime, and enhances operator safety – ideal for high-speed, end-of-line operations.
Siemens S7 PLC with Touchscreen Control
With a built-in Siemens S7 PLC and user-friendly touchscreen interface, the machine supports up to 10 programmable wrapping cycles, allowing quick setup for different load types or wrapping styles. Error messages and system diagnostics are displayed in real time for seamless operation.
Precision Control and Customization
Inverter technology enables adjustable speed settings for the rotating arm, film carriage, and film tension, allowing precise control over wrapping parameters. Automatic load height detection adjusts the wrapping height to match the cargo, eliminating the need for manual settings.
Optional Add-Ons for Enhanced Protection
The Sigma FX can be configured with an Automatic Top Sheet Dispenser for moisture protection or an Automatic Carton Edge Protector Insertion System for added edge stability – delivering comprehensive wrapping solutions from top to bottom.
