Stretch wrapping machine OP 133 – stretch wrapper – offers a maintenance-free, user-friendly design to replace labour intensive hand wrapping operations. The OP133 stretch wrapping machine is capable of producing a wrapping capacity up to 25 pallets per hours with a power pre stretch system of 200% on the film. The OP133 is designed to handle load pallet size up to 1200 x 1000 mm with a load height of 2450mm with an option to extend the height to 3000mm with a maximum load weight of 2000kg. Build In with Siemens S7 PLC, it is able to program 10 different program for difference load types or wrapping pattern. Coupled with Inverter controls, the rotating arm speed, Roll carriage and film dispensing speed are all adjustable. It has the option of incorporating an AUTOMATIC system for film cutting and welding the stretch film to the pallet load itself at the end of its wrapping cycle. Start/Stop command of the wrapping cycle can be control by remote control to achieve quicker restart of its wrapping operation.
